Returns and Refunds Policy – Miss Cheri Lab
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any explanations and without penalty, except as provided in point VI (hereinafter "Right of Withdrawal" or "Withdrawal").
The Withdrawal may apply to the entire order or only a part of the purchased Products.
The Right of Withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date the Customer acquired physical possession of the Products.
The right of withdrawal requires that shipping costs are refunded in all cases, while return costs are borne by the consumer.
NB: Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
Shipping Costs: These are the costs the consumer pays for the delivery of the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, these are refunded by the seller.
Return Costs: These are the costs the consumer incurs to return the product to the seller (even if the customer enjoyed free shipping at the time of purchase).
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the Withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice to the following email address: info@misscherilab.it specifying the order number, the name and surname of the account holder, and optionally, the reason for the Withdrawal (the reason is not mandatory and does not affect the right of withdrawal, but it is useful for improving the service and is treated anonymously in compliance with privacy regulations).
After receiving the Withdrawal communication, we will send the Customer a confirmation via email and instructions on how to return the products.
Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal
The following terms govern the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:
- Withdrawal of the Entire Product: The Right of Withdrawal applies to the entire purchased Product; it is not possible to exercise the Withdrawal for only part of a Product made up of several components.
- Refund: In case of a correct exercise of the Withdrawal, Miss Cheri Lab will refund the entire amount paid for the Products within 14 days of receiving the Withdrawal notice. The refund may be suspended until the returned Products are received.
- Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Return of Products: The Customer must return the Products within 14 days of the Withdrawal notice.
- Product Condition: The Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and complete with all parts (including packaging and accessory documentation). Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
